SHIPPING POLICY

Cold-pack shipping for frozen empanadas
We ship orders in insulated packaging with ice packs or dry ice so your food arrives cold and
safe. Please freeze upon arrival.


Ship days & speed


Ship window: Monday–Wednesday (we avoid weekend transit)
Carrier speed: 2-Day or Overnight (based on your location and weather)
Delivery window: Carriers typically deliver 8am–8pm local time
Time-sensitive event? Order early and plan delivery 1–2 days before you need it.


Order cutoff & schedule
Orders placed after our weekly cutoff ship the following week.

*Delivery times depend on carrier performance and weather.


Address & delivery
Double-check your shipping address at checkout and in your confirmation email.
Need a change? Contact us within 12 hours of placing the order; after that, changes
may not be possible.
PO Boxes: We can’t ship to PO Boxes.
Hotels/venues/businesses: Include the recipient's name + company/venue and make
sure someone can receive the parcel during 8am–8pm.


What’s normal on arrival
Some surface thawing can happen during transit — that’s okay.
If product arrives fully thawed or packaging is damaged, take photos and
contact us right away (see “Problems with your order” below).


Weather & carrier delays
We regularly test our packaging and may upgrade speed or ship a day earlier to protect your
order. Very rarely, extreme weather or carrier issues can delay a shipment. While these
factors are outside our control, you’re still protected by our guarantee (see below).

Contiguous U.S. residential and business addresses
No shipments to PO Boxes, AK/HI, or U.S. territories at this time

Problems with your order (we’ll fix it)
If your box is late, damaged, or incorrect, email [support@santanasdelray.com]
within 24 hours of delivery with:
1. Order number
2. Photos of the shipping label, outer box, inside packaging, and the product
(overhead + side)
We’ll replace or refund promptly under our 100% Money-Back Guarantee.


Common exclusions
Wrong/undeliverable address, or package left outside after delivery
Recipient unavailable or package not opened on delivery day
Orders requesting transit outside our Mon–Wed ship window
Items handled/stored contrary to directions (e.g., not frozen on arrival)
