To keep everyone safe, we can’t accept returns of food. Instead, you’re covered by our 100%

You’re covered if:
The box is lost/delayed and items arrive warm.
Items arrive damaged or incorrect/missing.
Temperature control fails (not frozen on arrival).
How to request a replacement or refund
Email [support@santanasdelray.com] within 24 hours of delivery with:
1. Order number
2. Photos: shipping label, outer box, inside packaging, and the product (overhead +
side)
We’ll respond quickly and replace or refund.
What isn’t covered (common exclusions)
Wrong/undeliverable shipping address or packages left outside after delivery
Recipient not available or package not opened on delivery day
Orders placed outside our Mon–Wed ship window that request weekend transit
Items handled/stored contrary to directions (e.g., not frozen upon arrival)
Temperature on arrival (what’s normal)
Some surface thawing can occur during transit—that’s okay. If core product is not frozen or
feels unsafe, take photos and contact us right away.
Gifts
If you sent/received a gift and there’s an issue:
Damaged/incorrect: contact us within 24 hours with photos and the packing slip
number.
For security, we may contact the purchaser to authorize any account changes/refunds.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if not yet processed. Once a label is
created or the order is packed, it cannot be canceled (perishable goods).
Final sale
All perishable items are final sale. You’re still protected by our 100% Money-Back Guarantee
for issues listed above.
