Receiving Frozen Shipments
Products are shipped frozen with insulation and dry ice.
Customers should place items in a freezer immediately upon delivery.

Handling Dry Ice
Packages may contain dry ice.
Do not touch dry ice with bare hands. 
Allow dry ice to dissipate in a ventilated area.

Storage Guidelines
Keep empanadas frozen until ready to cook. 
Follow cooking instructions provided with the product.

Food Allergies
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including wheat, dairy, nuts,and soy.Customers with severe allergies should review ingredient information carefully.

Safe Consumption
Cook products thoroughly before consumption.
Discard products if they arrive warm or compromised.
