Our products are perishable food items. Product images are representative and actual appearance mayvary slightly. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased, discontinue products, or change descriptions and pricing without notice.

5. Pricing, Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders including orders suspected of fraud. We may limit quantities per person, household, or account. Customers agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Frozen products are shipped using insulated packaging with dry ice or cold packs. Orders typically ship Monday through Wednesday to prevent weekend delays. Upon delivery, products should be placed in the freezer immediately.

7. Cancellations & Order Changes
Customers may request order changes within 12 hours of purchase if the order has not begun processing. After this time, orders generally can not be changed due to the perishable nature of theproducts.

8. Returns, Refunds & Guarantee
Due to the perishable nature of our products we do not accept physical returns of food items. If an order arrives damaged, warm, incorrect, or significantly delayed, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the packaging and product so we can review and assist.

9. Optional Tools & Third Party Links
Our Site may provide access to third party tools or links. These tools are provided “as is” and we are not responsible for third party policies or practices.

10. User Content
If you submit reviews, photos, or feedback you grant Santanas a non exclusive, royalty free license touse that content for marketing and operations.

Storage & Handling
Frozen products: Keep frozen up to 12 months from production date.
If thawed: Store in refrigerator and consume within 4 days.
Do not refreeze once fully thawed. Reheat only once for best quality.
Sauces: Refrigerate upon arrival and consume within 7–14 days after opening.
