How Our Frozen Shipping Works
Our empanadas are the same ones served in our restaurant, carefully frozen and shipped to your door so you can enjoy them at home. Here’s what to expect when your order arrives.

1. We Freeze at Peak Freshness
Crafted with fully cooked fillings and frozen at peak freshness.
Freezing preserves freshness without the need for artificial preservatives.

2. Packed with Insulation & Dry Ice
Each order is packed in an insulated shipping box. 
We include dry ice or cold packs to keep products frozen during transit. 
Dry ice slowly evaporates during shipping, so it may be gone by the time your package & arrive is to far apart.

3. Fast Delivery
Orders typically ship early in the week to avoid weekend delays.
We use fast shipping services so your order arrives quickly and safely.

4. What to Expect When Your Package Arrives
Your empanadas should arrive frozen or very cold to the touch. 
Sometimes items may be slightly thawed but still cold — this is normal and they can usually be refrozen.

5. What To Do When You Receive Your Order
Bring the package inside as soon as possible. 
Place the empanadas directly into your freezer.
Avoid touching any remaining dry ice with bare hands.

6. Storage Tips
Keep empanadas frozen until ready to cook.
They can be stored frozen for several months without losing quality.
