Are your empanadas fully cooked?
Most of our empanadas are fully cooked before freezing and simply need to be heated until hot and crispy. Please refer to the cooking instructions on each product for the best results.

Freezing locks in freshness and allows us to ship our handcrafted empanadas nationwide while maintaining exceptional quality and flavor.
Cooking
Can I cook them in an air fryer?
Absolutely. Our empanadas cook beautifully in an air fryer, producing a crisp, golden crust while keeping the filling hot and flavorful.
Can I bake them in the oven?
Yes. Baking produces excellent results and is the preferred method when preparing several empanadas at once.
Do I need to thaw them first?

Where do you ship?
We currently ship frozen empanadas throughout the continental United States.
What days do you ship?
Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday using insulated packaging and dry ice to help ensure your order arrives frozen and to avoid unnecessary weekend transit.
Why don't you ship Thursday or Friday?
Shipping early in the week helps protect product quality by reducing the risk of packages sitting in carrier facilities over the weekend.
How are my empanadas packaged?
Orders are packed in insulated shipping materials with dry ice to help maintain safe frozen temperatures during transit.
