Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
During high demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Schedule
To help prevent delays with frozen shipments, orders typically ship Monday through Wednesday.
This helps prevent packages from sitting in transit over the weekend.
In some cases, expedited orders may ship later in the week depending on carrier availability.
Frozen Shipping & Packaging
All empanadas are shipped frozen.
Orders are packed using insulated shipping containers and dry ice or cold packs to maintain safe temperatures during transit.
Dry ice naturally evaporates during shipping and may not be present when the package arrives.

Packages may contain dry ice.
Do not touch dry ice with bare hands.
Allow dry ice to dissipate in a well ventilated area.

Delivery Expectations
Shipping carriers typically deliver between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM local time.
Customers are responsible for ensuring someone can receive the package on the delivery day.
Upon arrival, bring the package indoors immediately and place frozen items directly into the freezer.
