Santanas Latin Foods Shipping Policy
Our frozen products require insulated packaging and dry ice for delivery.
Frozen delivery
One checkout line is used for frozen orders: Frozen delivery. Frozen delivery is not free. Rates are based on destination zone:
- Florida: $39
- East + Central: $55
- Mountain: $59
- West Coast: $65
Order minimum and packaging
Frozen delivery requires four five-packs, or three five-packs plus at least one sauce. Orders are packed in large insulated boxes measuring 16.5 × 13 × 9 inches. Orders exceeding one box require additional large insulated boxes.
Shipping schedule and transit
Ships Monday–Wednesday with dry ice. Orders placed after Tuesday at 12pm ship the following Monday. Orders arrive frozen in 2–5 days by zone.
Cancellations and address changes
Cancellation or address-change requests must be submitted within six hours of placing the order. After six hours, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery
Bring the package indoors promptly and place frozen items directly into the freezer. Dry ice may have evaporated during transit. Do not touch remaining dry ice with bare hands.
Problems with an order
If your order arrives warm or damaged, contact support@santanaslatinfoods.com within 24 hours. Include your order number and photos of the shipping label, outer box, packaging, and product.
